Today we can define Pilates in various ways, in my classes you will find a functional Pilates, since coming from physiotherapy I like to offer everything I know so that you learn to breathe, improve your strength, resistance and flexibility.
I want you not only to dedicate time to yourself, but also to connect with the environment while we combine physical exercise, controlled and repeated movements with breathing, always with the aim of toning the muscles, improving fluidity and movement control.
Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
